Have your say is Liverpool City Council's scheme for dealing with comments, compliments and complaints about the services we provide.

We welcome your views, comments and suggestions about the city and the council.

If you would like to make a comment, compliment or complaint about your library service, you can fill in the online feedback form here.

Other ways you can make a comment, compliment or complaint:

  • pick up and fill in a Have Your Say form at Central Library, any of our community libraries, one stop shop or other city council reception points

What happens once I have made a complaint?
If you have sent us your comments - we will use what you say to help us improve what we do.

If you have sent us a compliment - we will pass it on to the people concerned.
