Feedback
We welcome your views and offer a choice of ways to let us know about issues in the Parks and your opinions. These are your options:
Greenstat
GreenSTAT is a national online questionnaire that gives local residents the opportunity to comment on the quality of their local parks and greenspaces and to comment on how well they feel they are being managed and maintained. The value of Greenstat is that your views are compared with thousands of others around the country and give an independent assessment of the quality of our Parks.
GreenSTAT is owned and managed by GreenSpace, an independent national charity working with local authorities and their communities to conserve and improve their public parks and green or open spaces. Click here to go to GreenSTAT's Million Voices website

You will be given a reference number which you can keep and refer to if you would like to track progress of the problem. The information you give will be given to the relevant department, so please have an idea of the nature of the problem and the location. You will be asked for your details but telephone callers can with-hold this information if they wish.
