Free Compost Give Away

As part of the City's sustainability and recycling strategy garden compost is to be given away free from Park sites around Liverpool.  The garden compost should help gardeners plants to establish and improve the soil in their gardens.  Liverpool Parks are going through a programme of improvement and up-grading with the quality of the horticulture being improved to provide more beautiful gardens to visit.  The garden waste they produce is recycled, with the surplus being given away.  Gardeners can come to the locations below and fill up containers with the compost.  With the exception of Belle Vale Park bags will not be provided as gardeners are asked to re-use and re-cycle!
