The extensive refurbishment work in the gym is now completed and fully open to the public. The gym now has the very latest in technology with a new range of Technogym Excite equipment complete with the Wellness System and a purpose built Spinning area.

The Wellness System
Wellness is a software programme, which allows the gym instructor to create the best exercise programme for you. Having agreed your fitness goals, your progress can be tracked and developed. The workout details are stored on your personal 'Wellness Key'. You will be required to complete a new induction when using a centre with the Wellness System.
