Visit the centre's Lifestyles fitness suite for the ultimate fitness experience using state of the art equipment. It also includes a separate women only gym. The Wellness System
Wellness is a software programme, which allows the gym instructor to create the best exercise programme for you. Having agreed your fitness goals, your progress can be tracked and developed. The workout details are stored on your personal 'Wellness Key'. You will be required to complete a new induction when using a centre with the Wellness System. Swimming pool
The centre has
- five lane 25m swimming pool
- learner pool
- water flume
Please note Children must be out of the pool by 8.00pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's. Children must also be out the pool by 7.00pm on Thursdays unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

- health suite including steam room, sauna and spa pool

- 4 badminton courts
