Future Lifestyles is the membership scheme that offers young people, under the age of 17 who live in Liverpool, FREE ACCESS to ALL Lifestyles fitness centres!
To join Future Lifestyles you must fill in a Membership Application Form available from your local Lifestyles centre or you can download a copy here.![(PDF [177.1Kb] opens in new window)](/images/PDF.gif)
Application forms must be signed by a parent or guardian. You can exchange this signed form for a Lifestyles Membership Card at your local centre. To gain free entry it is essential that you produce a valid Lifestyles Card every visit.

FAMILY ACTIVITY PROGRAMME FOR 0 - 5 YEARS
Fun is the name of the game and Future Lifestyles brings you a range of FREE activities to do with your little ones, if you would like your child to take part in these activities then call into your nearest Lifestyles Centre and register for your child's FREE Futures Lifestyles pass.
