Contact any of the Lifestyles centres and quote your card number this number is on the back of your membership card and starts with the letters LDD. You may be asked to confirm your full address, the centre will then give you your Login number and your PIN number. You can change your PIN number after your first login.
Membership Scheme Options
Lifestyles Membership schemes offer extensive use of Liverpool City Council's sport and leisure facilities across the City. So, for example, if you use Lifestyles Millennium during your working week you can go for a swim, sauna or game of squash at the weekend at a centre near your home.
Lifestyles Direct Debit Memberships
There is no joining fee required for any of the Lifestyles Direct Debit Membership Schemes; you simply pay your first installment at the centre then a monthly direct debit. For a full price list take a look at our Scale of Charges below.
You can call into one of the Lifestyles Centres or give them a call to make your first appointment.
Lifestyles Concession Off Peak Membership
If you are a Liverpool Resident and are in receipt of certain benefits then you can apply for a Concessionary Discounted Membership, take a look at the Membership Application Form![(PDF [177Kb] opens in new window)](/images/PDF.gif)
to see if you are eligible. If you are on any of the benefits listed on the form then print a copy of the form, complete the form and take to your nearest Lifestyles centre. You must bring with you proof of your address and proof of the benefit you are claiming. You can use your Concession Off Peak membership Monday to Friday opening until 4.00pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Lifestyles Future Membership
This scheme gives 'Free access to children'. Please check your nearest centre for details.
Lifestyles Senior Membership
This membership gives free access to those people who are aged 60 or over and live in Liverpool. The membership can be used during the off peak times which are Monday to Friday opening until 4.00pm and Saturday and Sunday 12noon until closing. You can download an application form here and take the completed form to your nearest Lifestyles Centre.
