Tom Farrell - Regeneration and Economic Development News Officer
Tom Farrell is the News Officer responsible for regeneration, economic development and europe, transport and planning portfolios. It incorporates everything from the £920 million Grosvenor redevelopment of the city centre through to highways and road safety. He is also jointly responsible with Richard Farnell for the city centre and major projects.
He has been with the city council since 1990 and prior to that worked on weekly and trade papers on Merseyside.
