Citywatch

City Watch is an operational service within Liverpool City Council's Community Safety Department comprising:
- CCTV & Alarm Monitoring
- Street Crime Wardens
- Patrol and Response Services
- Static Guarding
- Byelaw Enforcement
The aim of the City Watch service is to support Community Safety in the delivery of the Crime and Disorder Reduction Strategy, by providing key city wide services.
The main objectives are to:
- Reduce incidents of crime and disorder
- Improve public reassurance and reduce feelings related to fear of crime
- Reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour
- Improve engagement with the local community
- Provide effective security services to Council assets
- Provide enforcement of City Council Bye-Laws.
