Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership
The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and the Police Reform Act 2002 place a duty on specific agencies to work in partnership within the community, to tackle crime, disorder and misuse of drugs. This partnership in Liverpool is known as Citysafe.
Citysafe statutory partners include Liverpool City Council, Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire and Liverpool Primary Care Trusts.
