Residents parking scheme in North Liverpool
We have created 2 official Residents Parking Zones to stop non-residents parking outside people's houses in areas where parking spaces are limited. 

Do I live in a Residents Parking Zone?
There are two parking zones:

  • Football Match Parking Zone in the areas surrounding Everton and Liverpool Football Clubs
     
  • Outer Controlled Parking Zone on the outskirts of the City Centre.             

Attached is a list of the streets included in the Football Match Parking Zone

How do I get a Residents Parking Permit ?
If you live within an official Residents Parking Zone, you can request a permit application form by telephoning Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3011, or you can download the relevant application form from the attachments below.
