What is the City Centre Movement Strategy (CCMS)?

CCMS is a £73million programme of works aimed at improving pedestrian movement and traffic flow in Liverpool City Centre, making the city more attractive for business, shopping, tourism and leisure. It involves improvements to roads, streets and public spaces - you can visit completed sites such as Williamson Square and the Cavern Quarter to see examples the work we are undertaking and the high standards we have achieved.
