Reporting faults and problems

 Enterprise-Liverpool tackle a range of problems on the highway. You can use our online reporting form or call us on 0151 233 3001 to report any of the following road and pavement defects or incidents:

  • potholes
  • missing/broken flags 
  • broken concrete 
  • sunken/raised kerbs 
  • missing /broken gully covers 
  • spillages on the highway 
  • highway flooding 
  • blocked gullies 
  • gullies requiring cleaning 
  • damaged bollards
