Progress reporting
Each quarter (Apr- June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec, Jan-Mar) we will report on our progress against the performance indicators and key actions listed in the corporate aims and priorities document (CAP doc) in the corporate plan.
Corprate aims and priorities (CAP) quarterly reports
These are progress reports against the performance indicator targets and key actions and pledges as published in the 2010/14 corporate aims and priorities.
Performance is reported a month behind, e.g. June's (first quarter) figures are reported in July, so the quarterly performance reports will be compiled in the month following the end of the quarter. Once the reports have been compiled they will be presented to the cabinet and the Finance and Resources select committee and then posted onto this page.

Monthly monitors
Four monitors are produced each month, one for each of the three Aims and one for corporate improvement. The monitors provide a brief, but comprehensive, report on performance, key actions, finance and risk, to give members a rounded view of progress.
The monitors are also scrutinised by select committees on a quarterly basis.
