Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan sets out what we will do to tackle the issues that residents have told us matter most to them:

• More jobs.
• Less crime.
• A more sustainable environment.
• Better housing, schools and health.

Our Corporate Aims and Priorities document (CAPDOC) shows how we plan to measure progress to achieve our aims and priorities.  It lists the key actions that we intend to carry out during 2010/11 and the set of performance indicators, with targets, that we will use to help us measure our progress against our aims and priorities.

• Aim 2 - Develop our communities.
• Aim 3 - Empower our residents.

All these documents are 'live' and updated throughout the year.
