Asset management project (LAMP)
Liverpool Asset Management Project (LAMP) analyses data about Liverpool and the sub region to support investment decisions for housing providers.
Its aim is to track and forecast the sustainability of neighbourhoods and local housing markets. To do this, LAMP holds data on a range of information from house prices and sales to vacant dwellings, residential planning applications and anti-social behaviour, to name a few.
LAMP provides intelligence to the council, its partners and the sub-region with reports, tables and graphics.
