Learning disabilities

About the service

If you or an adult that you care for has a learning disability we can provide advice and information to help you live more independently.

Request a referral

Contact Careline and ask for a referral to the learning disability social work team.

You can also request a referral from a health professional, such as your GP, community psychiatric nurse or speech therapist.

What happens next?

After you have made your request, a social worker will arrange a convenient time to visit you and your family to make an assessment.
