We offer hundreds of adult education courses at different levels and in a wide range of subject areas, including skills for life (language, literacy and numeracy), skills for work, languages, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), craft, sport and leisure, performing arts, holistic therapies, family learning and multi-cultural education.

The summer term has two start dates: 31st March and 7th April 2008.

We deliver all of our courses at learning centres, libraries and community venues across the city, so you should be able to find the right course for you near to where you live. Enrolment takes place during the first session. Please go to your chosen centre on the day and start time given for your course.

In addition to our advertised programme we can design courses to suit the needs and requirements of individuals and employers.

Enjoy learning with Liverpool Adult Learning Service and realise your true potential.

For details of our courses which start during the weeks beginning 31st March and 7th April 2008, and for other general information about enrolling on our courses, please view our Learning in Liverpool Course Guide - Summer 2008 (PDF [2.5Mb] opens in new window). We have produced an Advice for Learners booklet, with details of ways we can help you when you join a course.

We respect the diversity of every individual and we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to achieve your learning goals. We have produced a Bullying and Harassment Policy (PDF [59.3Kb] opens in new window) which specifically relates to learners.
