As part of the Sustrans Connect2 cycle route and the Out of the Blue Music Festival a leisurely bike ride will be taking place on the 30 June. Those who wish to take part should be at the Breckfield & North Everton Neighbourhood Council for 1pm. The route will take in Everton Park where there will be the opportunity to pause and see what’s happening at the festival, and admire the views. There will be qualified cycling instructors on hand to assist. Everyone is welcome to join but children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. Participants must have a roadworthy bike to take part; however, if you don’t have a bike, don’t worry, there are a limited number of pool bikes available. In addition to this, Bike Right! have kindly agreed to do a free bike maintenance session on the day of the music festival, which will be taking place in Everton Park (China Street bowl). Why not bring your bike along for a free MOT? There will also be a stall where you can find out more about walking and cycling in Liverpool, and plenty of freebies up for grabs too!
Enjoy a fun-filled family day out with over 2800 riders and raise money for our nominated charity, Claire House Children's Hospice. The only cycle event in the country to include nearly 3 miles underground, this year's event will start in Liverpool (with the exception of the new Chester-Liverpool route). We head into the Birkenhead (Queensway) Tunnel and out into the Wirral countryside.

Rides take place in and around Aigburth and Speke. Routes may include on-road stretches, though there will be qualified cycling instructors on hand to assist. Everyone is welcome to join us but we ask that children under 14 are with an adult. Participants must have a roadworthy bike to take part. If you don’t have a bike, don’t worry. We have a limited number of pool bikes available for all of the scheduled cycle rides above. Join us for our evening rides every Tuesday evening (April-October) in and around Aigburth. These rides are designed to be fun, increase your confidence and develop your cycling skills. The rides last approximately 60 minutes. The bike rides leave from the Mossley Hill Hospital (Victorian Building) Car Park at 6pm.

Cycle Speke organises rides every Saturday at 10.30am from Speke Fire Station, Cartwrights Farm off Speke Hall Avenue. Rides last for 90 minutes and pass through the Speke Garston Coastal Reserve and Speke Hall.
Liverpool Wheels for All is aimed at individuals, groups and families who are unable to ride a two wheeled cycle due to a physical and/or learning difficulty, in a safe, traffic free environment. Through the use of adapted cycles Cycling Projects hopes to make cycling accessible to all. Rides take place at 3 sites across the city, Greenbank Sports Academy, Wavertree Sports Park, and Walton Hall Park. For more information on ride times go to the Wheels for All website.
Liverpool Primary Care Trust can help you get back on your bike even if you haven't cycled for a while. All cycle sessions are free and led by trained leaders.
