What is it?
Kettlebell training is a strength, endurance and cardiovascular class using kettlebell weights. It works every muscle in your body and improves your fitness, develops your stabilizer muscles and makes your body work harder and burn more calories.
Intensity level
Suitable for all abilities as the instructor will tailor the exercises to suit your fitness level.

- Liverpool Aquatics Centre.
- Ellergreen.
- Garston (the class is called 'kettlercise' at this centre).
Do I need to book?
Aquatics - just turn up.
Ellergreen - please book.
Garston - recommend that you book to avoid disappointment.
Cost
- Sessions are £5 for members and non-members as this is a non mainstream gym activity and requires a specialist instructor and equipment.
