What is it?
Body combat is a non-contact, martial arts based fitness programme with moves drawn from self defence disciplines such as karate and tae kwan do.
Each 55 minute class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra fast fitness results.
The class is led by an instructor.
