What is it?
Bootcamp is a military inspired class which focuses on building and maintaining your fitness. It's fun and exciting way to exercise.
Sessions are taken by experienced military personnel from the Army's Elite Parachute Regiment using original training methods which will guarantee fitness results.

Yes. Please contact the centre to book the course.
Cost
There will be free taster sessions on Monday 26 March and Wednesday 28 March then prices will be as follows:
- Non member - £5.50.
- Member - £3.
What to bring
Please wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers. You may also wish to bring a towel and water. Refreshments can be purchased at the centre.
