Prepare to change the shape of your body with these classes and target those problem areas. Legs, bums and tums is an excellent lower body workout to music, working on toning up your legs, bottom and stomach.
The class is led by an instructor and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The class incorporates both standing and floor work.

What to bring
Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel with you. Bottles of water and refreshments can be purchased via vending machines at most sites.
For health and safety reasons, late arrivals may be asked to leave.
Make sure you have a valid ticket for the class. Participants without a ticket will be referred back to reception to obtain one
