What is it?

Gymnastics is an activity involving the performance of exercises that require physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance and grace. From forward rolls to energetic floor routines, there is something for everyone in this class, with qualified coaches to ensure that improvements are made in a fun environment.

What to bring

Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel with you. Bottles of water and refreshments can be purchased via vending machines at most sites.

For health and safety reasons, late arrivals may be asked to leave. 

Make sure you have a valid ticket for the class.  Participants without a ticket will be referred back to reception to obtain one
