Health suites have sauna or steam room facilities and a jacuzzi - a great way to relax.
Where can I use this facility?
Many Lifestyles have sauna and steam facilities which can be used at any time, but the following sites have men only and women only sessions. The suites are adult only facilities.
- Park Road.
- Garston.
- Alsop (sauna and steam only).
- Austin Rawlinson (steam room only).
- Ellergreen (steam room only).
- Peter Lloyd (sauna and steam only).
Do I need to book?
No. Just turn up at the centre of your choice. Please read the health and safety guidelines for safe use of the facilities at the centre.
Cost
- Total, Plus and Aqua Plus members: Free.
- Concession member: Health suite £4. Steam and sauna £3.
- Adult non member: Health suite £7. Steam and sauna £5.50.
- Senior citizen: Health suite £5. Steam and sauna £3.50.
What to bring
Please ensure you have appropriate swimwear and a towel.
