Kickfit

What is it?

Kick fit is a combination of kickboxing moves, aerobics and circuit training.  This intense, total body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.

Intensity level

Suitable for all abilities as the instructor will tailor the exercises to suit your fitness level.

Do I need to book?

Yes.  Please book directly with your chosen centre as classes are busy.

Cost

  • £5 for members and non-members. 

What to bring

Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel with you. Bottles of water and refreshments can be purchased via vending machines at most sites.

For health and safety reasons, late arrivals may be asked to leave. 

Make sure you have a valid ticket for the class.  Participants without a ticket will be referred back to reception to obtain one
