What is it?

Tai chi is a gentle relaxing form of exercise developed from martial arts.  It is known to benefit health and relieve stress.

Intensity level

Suitable for all abilities as the instructor will help tailor the exercises to suit your fitness level.

Do I need to book?

Yes.  Please book directly with your chosen centre.

Cost

  •  Total and class members: Free.
  • Concession Adult members: £2.50.
  • Non member adult: £5.
  • Non member junior/senior citizen: £4.

What to bring

Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel with you. Bottles of water and refreshments can be purchased via vending machines at most sites.

For health and safety reasons, late arrivals may be asked to leave. 

Make sure you have a valid ticket for the class.  Participants without a ticket will be referred back to reception to obtain one
