X biking

What is it?

X Biking is studio cycling with a twist.  It's a vigorous indoor cycling program on a Trixter X-Bike indoor performance cycle.  The X-Bike provides a total body workout and is suitable for beginners or the super fit as you cycle at your own pace. You can burn up to 500 calories in one 40 minute class.

X-Press Biking is cycling to the X-treme!  It's a 30 minute intense cardio workout.

Do I need to book?

Yes.  Please book directly with your chosen centre. 

Cost

  • Total and class members: Free
  • Concession adult members: £4.
  • Concession junior/senior citizen members: £3
  • Non Members adult: £5 
  • Non Members junior/senior citizen: £4

What to bring

Wear appropriate workout clothing and trainers and bring a bottle of water and a small hand towel with you. Bottles of water and refreshments can be purchased via vending machines at most sites.

For health and safety reasons, late arrivals may be asked to leave. 

Make sure you have a valid ticket for the class.  Participants without a ticket will be referred back to reception to obtain one
