Fitness suite
Visit Lifestyles fitness suites for the ultimate fitness experience. Garston has the latest cardiovasular equipment such as running machines, rowers, steppers and bikes, and power plate to name but a few. You can also do strength and conditioning training at our weight stations. Includes a separate ladies only gym.
Please note: The power plate can only be used if you have booked at reception for an induction and use. It is a vibrating plate that customers can excersise on and is especially good for weight loss. The cost is £1.50 or free if you are a Total member.
