Facilities at Liverpool Aquatics Centre

Fitness suite

Visit Lifestyles fitness suites for the ultimate fitness experience.  The Aquatics Centre has a 96 piece fitness suite including the latest Technogym equipment.  This includes cardio, Kinesis and Easy Line systems.  You can also do strength and conditioning training at our weight stations. 

Swimming pools

The centre has a 50 metre Olympic size pool and a 20 metre pool, both with moveable floors.  We cater for pool parties. We also run aqua running and aqua fit classes.

Activity studio

Spinning and X-biking classes are run in our activity studio.

Sports hall

Our sports hall is used for a range of fitness classes from aerobics and boxercise, to yoga and circuit training.

Synthetic pitch

We have astro pitches available for hire through the Tennis Centre.
