Camphill and Woolton Woods

The 74 acre Camphill and Woolton Woods sit within a conservation area in South Liverpool.

Facilities and attractions

The park is an ideal spot for dog walking and sporting activities such as running, cycling and football.  It is also popular with schools, Brownies, Guides and Beavers. Other things to see include:

  • Wildflowers surrounding the large open fields. 
  • Wild animal habitats. 
  • Walled ornamental garden.
  • Famous cuckoo clock. 
  • Active friends group.

Opening hours

The main park is open 24 hours all year round.  The walled garden is open daily from 10am to 5.45pm during April to September and until 3.45pm during October to March.  The walled garden is closed on bank holidays.

How to get there

The park is adjacent to St Julie’s Catholic High School and Woolton High Street.
