Further advice on entering search criteria
You can enter values in more than one field if required e.g. Street Name of
"high" and Proposal of "porch", will return any applications where the Street
Name contains the word "high" and the Proposal contains the word "porch". Note
that you cannot search using the Proposal field alone, at least one other
criteria must be supplied.
None of the fields are case sensitive so an entry of "HIGH", "High" or "high"
will return the same results.
Searching on an address can be undertaken using one or a combination of the
individual Property Number, Property Name, Street Name and Postcode fields.
This will produce the quickest results. Alternatively, the Site Address field
can be used, which also enables searches on applications without a conventional
site address, for example 'Land to the rear of …'.
Postcodes should be entered in full with spaces, e.g. SK1 3XE (not SK13XE).
Dates can be selected by either clicking on the calendar button, or typing in
the format "DD-MM-YYYY", e.g. 21-03-2002.
To ensure accurate results when searching on dates received, validated or
notice posted, please complete both the 'To' and 'From' date fields. If
you do not enter either a 'To' or a 'From' date this will default to today's
date. e.g. If you select today's date in the Date Application Received 'From'
using the calendar and leave the 'To' data blank - the 'To' date will be
completed with today's date returning all applications received today.
