Parking schemes stop non-residents parking in residential areas where parking has become a problem. For example, when Everton and Liverpool football matches take place.
If you live in a parking scheme area, you are eligible to apply for a permit.
How to apply
If you live within an official parking scheme you can download the relevant application form from the list below. Return completed forms with the appropriate documents to the address shown on the form. You can also request forms from Liverpool Direct.
Residents permit application forms
- Football match parking zone – residents and visitors parking permit.
- Outer controlled parking zone – L Zone residents and visitors parking permit.
- Outer controlled parking zone – residents and visitors parking permit for all zones other than L.
- Kensington Fields and Broad Green permitted parking area residents and visitors parking permit.
- Permitted parking area - resident and visitors parking permit.
- Permitted parking area – Fazakerley resident and visitor parking permit.
- Other resident and visitor parking permits - excluding football match and outer controlled parking zones.
- Business quarter live and work permit.
