| Monday | Pedal Pushers | 9.30am to 10.30am | Join us for a cycle ride around Belle Vale. Cycles are provided. |
| Monday | Active Birth | 6pm to 7.30pm | For pregnant women and their partners. Advice around breathing techniques and the delivery. Please phone for an appointment. |
| Tuesday | Sing and Splash | 12pm to 1pm | Singing and music for you and your child to encourage confidence in the water. Held a Wavertree Aquatics Centre. No need to book. |
| Tuesday | Parent and Toddler Group | 1.30pm to 2.30pm | Come along and enjoy interactive play - a messy time for you and your children or grandchildren. No need to book. |
| Wednesday | Rhyme time | 10.30am to 11.30am | Songs and rhymes to encourage social skills and language development. Held at the children's centre, no need to book. |
| Wednesday | Young parents group | 1pm to 3pm | Come along and meet other young parents and children. A chance to relax with your child and get advice, support and occasional pamper sessions. |
| Thursday | Baby clinic | 9am to 11.30am | Have your child weighed or immunised or get general advice. |
| Thursday | Story time | 10.30am to 11.30pm | Held at Lee Valley Library. |
| Thursday | Antenatal and postnatal clinic | 12.30pm to 3.30pm | Book an appointment through your midwife. |
| Thursday | Breast Buddies | 1pm to 2pm | Breastfeeding advice for mums and mums to be. No need to book, refreshments provided. |
| Friday | Jumping Jacks | 9.30am to 10.15am | A physical development and imaginary play session for children over 18 months. Please ring the centre to book a place. |
| Friday | Jumping Jacks | 10.30am to 11.15am | A physical development and imaginary play session for children over 18 months. Please ring the centre to book a place. |
| Friday | Yum Yum Yummy | 10.00am to 11.30am | Promoting healthy food for children 3-4 years old. A four week session starting 28th October. Please phone to book a place. |
