Debt and money advice
Dealing with money issues can sometimes be off-putting, but if you don't understand how things like credit or mortgages work, you could end up losing out financially or getting yourself deep in debt. They can help you make the right choices, including help to deal with your debt problems, how to avoid losing your home and how to get your finances back into shape.
They can help you claim all the benefits you may be entitled to. They can also help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues.
In addition they can also advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration, and have a lot of experience on family and personal matters too.

Drop–in services are held at Citizens Advice centres across East, North and South Liverpool.

For general advice you can call 0344 848 7700 Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm and Friday 10am-1pm.
Contact the debt advice line
For debt advice you can call 0300 330 1196 Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm and Friday 8am-4pm or message through WhatsApp or SMS on 07468533492 with your name and number and you will be called back within two days.
Calls are answered by a local specialist debt adviser and are charged at the same rate as calling a local number.
