School travel support

Children up to age 16 may be entitled to subsidised transport, depending on the distance from home to school and if they meet certain eligibility criteria.

Apply for a duplicate pass if original has been lost/stolen/destroyed.

Renew if you have received a renewal letter for the next school year.

You have the right to appeal if your application has been refused.

Request reimbursement

If there's been a delay in processing your application you can request a reimbursement for fares paid.

Home to school transport

Parents and carers of pupils up to 18 with a special education need or disability can apply for help with transport to and from school or college.
