Equality, diversity and cohesion
Corporate Access Forum
The Corporate Access Forum exists to give members of disability groups the opportunity to engage with council officers and developers in order to influence the design of major regeneration projects in the city.
Meetings are held every six weeks and are chaired by Councillor Pam Thomas, Cabinet Member for Inclusive and Accessible City, who is also a representative on Disability and Deaf Arts (DaDa) and Merseytravel Committee of the Combined Authority.
We are keen to attract members from a diverse range of communities to sit on the Forum including young and older people, those from Black and Minority Ethnic groups, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered people.
- Read our terms of reference in full (currently under review).
If you are a representative of one or more of these groups, have experience of or an active interest in access issues and are interested in joining the Forum, then please contact us.
