Are you looking for training and support that will help you get the job you want? Liverpool Ways to Work is offering free tailored help to local residents aged 16 to 70+ who are struggling to secure long-term employment.

We have a huge range of programmes designed to help everyone - even the most vulnerable individuals who need extra support and mentoring.

We’re committed to working with you to build your confidence and widen your skillset so you become ‘job ready’ and improve your chances of gaining the job you want.

What happens next?

One of our team get in touch within seven working days to discuss your needs, give you advice and guidance and then set up training or a work placement that will give you the skills and experience you most need.

We can give you help with your CV, maths or English skills or careers advice delivered by our adult learning or careers service.

We may also set up a meeting with one of our Liverpool in Work advisers who can help you match with an employer. There’s also support for parents of children aged nought to five years old in the city’s children centres.

Help for businesses

We work with small and larger businesses by helping them recruit staff who have been through the Liverpool Ways to Work programme and are job ready. Enquire online using the form below or call our helpline on 0151 233 1933.

Job Clubs

If you are registered with us and need additional support, we offer a range of bite-sized one-to-one and group training sessions. These include sessions on:

  • your CV 
  • job searching effectively
  • completing application forms, including job specific forms
  • interview skills, video and telephone interviews
  • how to prepare for an interview
  • how to stay safe online

You will need to be able to use email, search engines, navigate web pages and have a laptop, PC or tablet with internet access. Call 0151 233 3026 or email to book and find out more.
